1. What makes PixiBeauty products unique? PixiBeauty Pakistan takes pride in offering beauty products that combine high-quality ingredients with innovative formulations. Our products are designed to enhance your natural beauty, providing a radiant and flawless look.

2. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website, add the desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping information and payment details. 3. What payment methods do you accept? We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. This is our policy to ensure customer satisfaction, allowing you to check the product first before making any payment. Since all of our parcels can be opened upon delivery, you can inspect the product and then pay the rider. For this reason, we do not accept online payments.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? Once an order has been confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase. If you need assistance, contact our customer support team.

5. How can I track my order? Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before the parcel is dispatched. If your parcel has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. To request modifications, please share your order number via WhatsApp or Instagram, and our team will assist you.

6. What is your return policy? Our parcels are "Allow to open," meaning you can open and inspect the product before making payment. If you're not satisfied, you can refuse the parcel right away. If you've already made the payment but still want to return the product, please contact us. We will refund the full amount minus 200 PKR, but the refund will be processed only after the product has been picked up for return.

8. Is PixiBeauty Pakistan the official branch in Pakistan? We are resellers of PixiBeauty products, with all of our stock imported from China. These are genuine imported products, not locally made or purchased. Please note that some products may be factory leftovers. While we are not officially affiliated with the PixiBeauty brand, we pride ourselves on offering excellent service, and our products are highly appreciated by our customers.

9. Do you ship internationally? No, we currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to domestic deliveries within Pakistan.

10. Are there any promotions or discounts available? Stay updated on our latest promotions and discounts by following us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter. We regularly offer special deals to our valued customers.
