1. Returns

a. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

b. Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

a. Please contact our customer support team at officialpixibeauty@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7458 695203 to request a return.

b. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method on Coming Monday.

c. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

a. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer support team.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

6. Shipping Costs

a. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

b. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
